2) Get involved! Volunteer at your local SPCA, Humane Society, or other organization that helps animals.
3) If you are sickened by something that is happening, write your member of congress, parliament, etc.

Our description: A lot of people forget that chickens and turkeys are also birds, so we decided to put this video in our "birds" section. It is an eye-opening piece that the author recorded while he was working at a factory farm in California. It depicts the cruel and barbaric treatment of chickens and hens, and how they suffer in the horrible conditions at the farm.
