2) Get involved! Volunteer at your local SPCA, Humane Society, or other organization that helps animals.
3) If you are sickened by something that is happening, write your member of congress, parliament, etc.
4) If you see someone abusing or being cruel to an animal, either tell them to stop, or call the police.

Our description: China has a horrendous record when it comes to treating animals, even dogs and cats. This video depicts a rescue of 800 cats that were bound for a market in Shanghai. The rescue was done by Second Chance Animal Aid in Shanghai. Good work guys! If you're in Shanghai, help these guys out. They get no funding from the government and rely on volunteers and other types of help to keep doing good deeds in a country where very few people seem to take a stand about the suffering of animals.
