2) Get involved! Volunteer at your local SPCA, Humane Society, or other organization that helps animals.
3) If you are sickened by something that is happening, write your member of congress, parliament, etc.
4) If you see someone abusing or being cruel to an animal, either tell them to stop, or call the police.

Our description:A video that raises awareness about the way horses are used for sports and competition. It raises some interesting points: How much cruelty is involved in preparing a horse for racing, and why is it necessary to race/compete with a horse anyway? How much pain, suffering do these animals have to endure for our pleasure? We at EFFA do not think it's alright to use animals for our own pleasure. Most horse-related sporting events are meant for gambling (as in horse racing) or vanity (equestrian events), neither of which is reason enough to subject horses to suffering.
