2) Get involved! Volunteer at your local SPCA, Humane Society, or other organization that helps animals.
3) If you are sickened by something that is happening, write your member of congress, parliament, etc.
4) If you see someone abusing or being cruel to an animal, either tell them to stop, or call the police.

Our description: Many farm animals are transported in terrible conditions across North America. This video shows some of these conditions, and talks about the incredibly cruel transportation practices that take place. Cows are pigs that are transported for thousands of miles are not allowed to eat or drink, are kept in cramped, often very hot (or cold) conditions, and often end up either getting sick or dying.
