3) If you are sickened by something that is happening, write your member of congress, parliament, etc.
4) If you see someone abusing or being cruel to an animal, either tell them to stop, or call the police.

This is the sad truth: Many people who live in poverty don't have the education or the energy to care about street animals. Although we understand this, in our opinion this does not justify cruelty and abandonment of animals. Animals don't require much.
